Passages Hospice founded Passages Hospice Dreams with the strict purpose to provide help to hospice patients and care givers. All donations go directly to our patients and their families.

As part of our holistic care philosophy, we believe in seeking out experiences that are good for the spirit. Passages Hospice Dreams gives patients the opportunity to have a personalized day focused on their wish. Living out a Dream decreases stress, increases quality of life and empowers our patients to live according to their terms.

Whether the Dream is for a chocolate milkshake or a day at the ballpark, we encourage our patients to express their Dream. We are dedicated to helping patients enjoy life to the fullest.
